高师院校的办学目标是为社会培养合格的中学教师。而合格的中学教师,必须是又红又专的。思想上能有良好的道德品质修养,以自己的言行做青少年的表率,专业上,能有宽阔的知识面,较强的自学能力,敏捷的思维能力,流畅的口头表达能力和熟练的文字叙述能力。高师院校要达到上述培养目标,单凭一定水平的师资力量和教学设备是不够的,还得有一个为 教学科研服务的图书馆,利用其丰富的文献资料,充分发挥教育职能和情报职能。图书馆要挑起这副担子,就必须要有高质量的馆藏文献。文献质量的高低,很大程度上又取决于文献采集工作的质量和水平。因此,搞好文献采集,加强藏书建设是图书馆工作的关键。本文拟从以下几个方面谈谈自己对搞好文献采集,加强藏书建设的几点粗浅看法。
