“邓小平理论是当代中国的马克思主义，是马克思主义在中国发展的新阶段。”这一理论的确立和发展，不仅是中国人民建设社会主义的行动纲领，而且也为国际共产主义运动以深远影响。我们围绕这一中心，从多方面进行论述：邓小平理论是国际共产主义运动的新航标；邓小平理论冲破了国际共产主义运动史上的僵化、教条盛行的局面，发展了马列主义；邓小平理论指导中国社会主义实践，是国际共产主义新时代的开始。为此，我们要高举邓小平理论的伟大旗帜，加倍努力学习，紧密团结在以江泽民同志为首的党中央周围，把建设有中国特色的社会主义事业全面推向21世纪，为国际共产主义运动的发展作出新的贡献。
