自21世纪起我国正步入老龄化社会,老年人群居多,就旅游市场而言老年群体是一个值得开发的群体。新媒体是现代信息技术发展的产物,具体所指的是通过现代可以与网络等渠道的结合,以手机、电脑、电视等终端,向用户展示视频、音频等信息服务。新媒体因其自身的优势将逐渐成为媒体产业发展的主流,面对现代旅游市场的日益激烈环境,加强新媒体的应用是有效的发展措施。旅游行业中如何利用新媒体向老年群体进行旅游信息及服务的传播,是现代旅游业面临的问题。
Since the 21st century, our country is entering an aging society with a large population of the elderly. For the tourism market, the elderly population is a group worthy of development. New media is a product of the development of modern information technology. Specifically, it refers to the display of video and audio information services to users through terminals such as mobile phones, computers and TVs through the combination of modern channels and networks.
