根据马斯洛需要层次理论,人有尊重的需要,即被社会承认的需求。21世纪是网络的时代,除了现实的社会,还存在一个虚拟的网络社会。网络社会的价值认同问题成为一个新兴的话题。本文以QQ用户为例,基于网络资本研究知识深度对于个人实现网络社会价值认同的影响,找出在网络社会背景下个人达到更高的社会认同需要的知识深度,为个人发展提供业务指导。
According to Maslow’s Theory of Hierarchy of Needs, people have a need of respect, that is, socially recognized needs. The 21st century is the era of the Internet, in addition to the reality of society, there is a virtual online society. The value recognition of online society has become a new topic. This paper takes QQ users as an example. Based on the influence of the research depth of online capital on the realization of social values of individuals on the Internet, this paper finds out the depth of knowledge that individuals need to achieve higher social identities in online social contexts and provides guidance for personal development.
