本文报道了一种灵敏的分光光度法测定微量二氧化硫。其原理是在过量的氯离子存在下,碘酸盐与二氧化硫反应,产生的ICl_4~-形式与二苯氧芑胺G形成一种离子对,然后被苯萃取,并在535 nm处测量吸光度。二氧化硫在0~4μg之间,显色体系服从比耳定律。用该法测定2μg二氧化硫其变异系数为4.3%。本法具有较高的灵敏度,适用于环境空气中二氧化硫的测定。仪器:用CECIL型CE 373线性显示光栅分光光度计(附有10 mm石英比色皿)测量吸光度。多孔玻璃采样管(带有合适的吸力装置)用于采集空气中的二氧化硫。用流量计测量空气流量。
This article reports a sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace sulfur dioxide. The principle is that in the presence of an excessive amount of chloride ions, iodate reacts with sulfur dioxide to form an ion pair in the form of IC1_4 ~ - and phenylamine G, which is then extracted with benzene and measured for absorbance at 535 nm. Sulfur dioxide between 0 ~ 4μg, color system obeys Beer’s law. The method of determination of 2μg sulfur dioxide coefficient of variation of 4.3%. This method has a high sensitivity, suitable for the determination of sulfur dioxide in the ambient air. Instrument: The absorbance was measured with a CECIL CE 373 linear display grating spectrophotometer (with 10 mm quartz cell). Porous glass sampling tubes (with a suitable suction device) are used to collect the sulfur dioxide in the air. Use a flow meter to measure air flow.
