卵巢肿瘤是妇科常见疾病之一,其手术方案因肿瘤的性质差别很大。卵巢肿瘤种类繁多,临床表现多样,组织学表现及生物学行为复杂,术前不易确诊,良性恶性肿瘤的手术切除范围又截然不同。为防止手术治疗过度或不足,避免不必要的第二次手术,我院妇科将卵巢肿瘤术中冰冻切片列为常规。笔者将近年来从事病理工作中收集的卵巢囊肿冰冻切片进行分析,总结卵巢囊肿冰冻切片误诊的常见原因,以提高临床诊断的准确率。
Ovarian cancer is one of the common gynecological diseases, the surgical options vary greatly due to the nature of the tumor. Ovarian tumors of a wide range of clinical manifestations, histological manifestations and biological behavior is complex, difficult to diagnose preoperatively, the scope of surgical resection of benign and malignant tumors are completely different. To prevent excessive or inadequate surgical treatment to avoid unnecessary second surgery, our hospital gynecological ovarian tumor intraoperative frozen section as a routine. The author in recent years engaged in the pathological work collected ovarian cyst frozen sections were analyzed to summarize the common causes of misdiagnosis of ovarian cysts frozen sections in order to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.
