自1985年以来,徐州市总工会在全国省辖市工会财务竞赛中取得了“五连冠”的好成绩,1990年又被全总评为全国先进单位。我们主要抓了以下几点工作: 一、靠经费收入,在“足”字上下功夫。自恢复行政拨交经费以来,我们坚持把收足工会经费作为奋斗的目标。近年来,我市区工会经费收入平均每年以18％的速度递增,收缴率达95％以上,采取的具体措施是: 1.培训财会干部,为足额拨解经费提供保证。要使基层行政和工会都能按照《工会法》和全总、财政都的规定,及时足额地计提和上解工会经费,必须依靠基层行政和工会干部的共同努力才能办到。但基层工会财会干部新手多,受过专业训练的少。因此,我们始终把培训基层工会财会干部作为首要任务来抓。自1979年以来,我们自编教材,采取自办、联办
