由多主枝孢霉病原菌引起的蝴蝶兰煤烟病是近年来危害福建省各蝴蝶兰生产基地的主要病害。为筛选出防治该病害的有效化学药剂,福建农业职业技术学院、福建农林大学植物保护学院和福建省福清出入境检验检疫局科研人员于2010~2012年5~6月考察了供试的10种杀菌剂对该病的抑制效果。各试验均在施药后10天调查园间发病情况,记录发病株数和病级,以计算病情指数和防治效果,最后利用SPSS 19.0软件对各处理的相对防治效果进行差异显著性分析及综合评估。在试验前先用棉花蘸60%酒
Phalaenopsis spp. Caused by multi-host spore-causing fungi is the main disease that has been harmful to the phalaenopsis production base in Fujian Province in recent years. In order to select effective chemical agents for the prevention and treatment of the disease, Fujian Agricultural Vocational and Technical College, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University Plant Protection College and Fuqing Exit Inspection and Quarantine of Fujian Province from May to June 2010 to examine the ten tested Bactericides on the disease inhibitory effect. In each experiment, the morbidity in the garden was investigated 10 days after the application, the number of diseased plants and the disease grade were recorded to calculate the disease index and the control effect.
