目的:探讨安宫黄体酮片联合补佳乐配合宫腔镜手术治疗宫腔粘连的临床效果。方法:选择我院80例宫腔粘连患者,并随机分成对照组和实验组,对照组患者采用宫腔镜手术治疗,实验组患者使用安宫黄体酮片联合补佳乐配合宫腔镜手术治疗方案,治疗后对比两组患者治疗总有效率及内膜厚度。结果:经治疗后发现实验组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.05;且内膜厚度亦高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:通过本次研究表明采用宫黄体酮片联合补佳乐配合宫腔镜手术治疗宫腔粘连可有效提高治疗效果,降低再次粘连的发生,是目前较为安全有效的治疗方案,值得临床推广并应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Andong’s progesterone tablets combined with nadropine and hysteroscopy in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions. Methods: Eighty patients with intrauterine adhesions in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Patients in control group were treated with hysteroscopic surgery. And patients in experimental group were treated with Andong’s progesterone tablets combined with nadine and hysteroscopy After treatment, the total effective rate and intima thickness were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), and the intima thickness was also higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: This study shows that the use of uterine progesterone tablets combined with nadir and hysteroscopy in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the occurrence of re-adhesions is the current more safe and effective treatment program, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
