精益建设是建筑工程管理中,一项新的管理形式和方式的,在提升建筑工程项建设质量的过程中,起到了非常重要的作用和意义。其实,精益建设在建筑工程项目管理的过程中,主要是结合建筑工程项目本身的特点,将每一个项目管理进行全面的细化,从而做到精益求精的效果,从而避免建筑工程在建设中产生大量的能源消耗、施工材料的浪费。换句话说,精益建设在建筑工程项目管理运用的过程中,可以有效的提升建筑工程的经济效益,这对我国建筑行业的发展,起到了非常重要作用和意义。
