外墙外保温系统2005年7月1日,建设部下发的《公共建筑节能设计标准》开始强制执行。2005年7月28日,浙江省人民政府办公厅下发了《关于加强建筑节能工作的通知》,定下了全省建筑的节能目标:到2007年,全省50%的新建商品住宅和公共建筑达到节能50%的标准;2008年,全面实施节能50%,其中杭州、宁波等大城市要求节能65%。墙体保温分为外墙内保温系统和外墙外保温系统。外墙内保温系统即保温材料置于外墙内侧,这个技术相对比较成熟,目前也最为常用。外墙内保温的优点是升温降温都很快,施工较简便,受气候影响小;造价相对低些,外饰面自由度大。缺点则是饰面层易开裂、不便二次装修、占用室内使用空间较大、热损失相对较大。
