9月16日,最高人民法院、最高人民檢察院、公安部、國家安全部、司法部聯合印發《關於依法保障律師執業權利的規定》。這是中國司法制度發展歷史上,第一次由‘雨院三部’聯合出台《規定》保障律師執棠權利,促進司法公正的有力舉措。在當前全面推進依法治國、構建新型法律職業關係、促進律師事業健康發展的背景下,本期特選取司法部副部長趙大程就《規定》答記者問,以及‘兩院三部’相關負責人對《規定》作出的解讀。
On September 16, the Supreme People’s Court, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of National Security and the Ministry of Justice jointly issued the “Provisions on Protecting the Rights of Lawyers to Practice in Accordance with the Law.” This is the first time in the history of the development of the judicial system in China that the “Provisions” jointly issued by the ’Three Departments of Yuyuan’ are the powerful measures to safeguard lawyers’ rights and promote judicial fairness. In the current context of comprehensively promoting the administration of the country according to law and building a new legal and occupational relationship so as to promote the sound development of lawyers, Zhao Da-cheng, Deputy Minister of Justice, specially answered questions on the “Provisions” and the relevant responsible persons of the “Three Houses” Interpretation of the Provisions.
