高校开展创先争优活动,既是抓好学习实践活动整改落实工作,推动教育科学发展、促进校园和谐的迫切需要,也是加强高校党的建设、密切联系和服务师生的迫切需要。构建高校创先争优活动的评价体系,是保证活动深入开展、取得实效的重要手段。应根据高校教学、科研、管理、服务、学习岗位等特点,按照导向性、客观性、开放性、可操作性原则,创建具有高校特色的创先争优活动评价体系。
It is not only an urgent need to do a good job in rectifying and reforming the study and practice activities, promoting the development of education science and promoting the harmony of the campus, but also the urgent need of strengthening party building in universities and linking up with and serving teachers and students. It is an important means to ensure that activities are carried out in an in-depth manner and pragmatic results are obtained. According to the characteristics of college teaching, scientific research, management, service and study positions, the evaluation system should be established based on the principles of orientation, objectivity, openness and operability.
