采用稀释平板涂抹法,对甘孜州折多山和雀儿山土壤中的细菌数量和物种多样性进行了研究,并初步分析了细菌数量与10种生态因子间的相关性。结果表明,折多山和雀儿山土壤细菌数量较为丰富,其主要分布的优势类群为芽孢杆菌(Bacillus spp.),常见类群为纤维单胞菌(Cellulomonas spp.)、脂肪杆菌(Plimelobacter spp.)、葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus spp.)和土壤单孢菌(Agromonas spp.);土壤细菌总数达5.69×106±4.94×106cfu.g-1干土,总体上较高,其分布存在差异:砂质壤土大于粘壤土和壤土,草地多于林地。在这两个区域中土壤细菌数量与土壤含水量、pH、有机质、碱解氮都呈现正相关,与土壤含水量呈极显著相关,相关性数达0.596。
The quantity and species diversity of bacteria in Zheduo Mountain and Que’er Mountain in Ganzi Autonomous Prefecture were studied by using dilution plate smear method. The correlation between the number of bacteria and 10 kinds of ecological factors was analyzed. The results showed that the soil bacteria in the Jiuduo Mountain and Que’er Mountains were rich in bacteria. The dominant species of Bacillus spp., Cellulomonas spp., And Plimelobacter spp. Staphylococcus spp. And Agromonas spp. The total amount of soil bacteria reached 5.69 × 106 ± 4.94 × 106cfu.g-1, which was generally high and distributed differently: sandy soil Loam is greater than clay loam and loam, grassland more than woodland. In both regions, the quantity of soil bacteria was positively correlated with soil moisture, pH, organic matter and available nitrogen. It was significantly correlated with soil water content, with a correlation of 0.596.
