目前,我国部分地区农村小学生失学现象严重。调查其原因主要是:一、教学质量差,教师责任心不强。 (1)师资力量薄弱教师水平低。农村的老师绝大部分都是民办教师,他们不是考聘来的,而是由村委会指派的,有一部分是走后门进来的。所以相当一部分教师的文化素质较低,有的实际上达不到初中毕业水平。教学经验缺乏,教学方法欠佳,有的甚至是勉为其难。
At present, rural primary school students in some areas of our country are out of school seriously. The main reasons for the survey: First, the poor quality of teaching, teacher responsibility is not strong. (1) teachers weak teachers low level. Most teachers in rural areas are non-government-run teachers. They are not appointed candidates. Instead, they are assigned by village committees. Some of them come through the back door. Therefore, a considerable part of the teachers’ cultural quality is lower, and some actually can not reach the level of junior high school graduation. Lack of teaching experience, poor teaching methods, and some even reluctantly.
