徐州地区职高女生经期体育活动调查

目的了解徐州地区部分职高女生月经初潮情况及女生经期参加体育活动情况。方法抽取2所职高学校中2010级的260名女生,用问卷法进行女生初潮及女生经期活动的调查。结果共抽取260名女生,调查的女生月经初潮平均年龄为12.5岁,最早为10岁,最迟为15岁,高峰期为13岁占41.6%,其次是12岁占27.3%。学生在经期参加体育活动的自我感觉、月经周期、经期反应、经量有一定的差异。经期参加活动的有195人占75%,未参加体育活动的有65人占25%。结论研究职高女生经期活动的情况,对体育教师合理安排体育课的运动量和运动强度有重要意义。 Objective To understand the menarche of some part-top girls in Xuzhou and the female students’ participation in physical activity during menstruation. Methods A total of 260 girls from 2010 grade in two vocational schools were sampled and questionnaires were used to investigate the girls’ menarche and menstrual activity. Results A total of 260 female students were collected. The mean age of menarche in the surveyed girls was 12.5 years old, the earliest was 10 years old, the latest was 15 years old, the peak was 13.6 years old 41.6%, followed by 12 years old 27.3%. Students in the menstrual period to participate in physical activity of the self-feeling, menstrual cycle, menstrual response, by the amount of certain differences. During the menstrual period, 195 people accounted for 75%, 65% did not participate in sports activities accounted for 25%. Conclusion Research on the situation of menstrual activity of high school girls is of great significance to physical education teachers in arranging the physical exercise and sports intensity rationally.
