财政科技投入的绩效评价是财政管理的重要环节,也是提高财政科技投入效果的重要工具。文章主要运用数据包络分析(DEA)法,对辽宁省近十三年的财政科技投入及产出,进行科学的、客观的、公正的衡量比较与综合评价。
The performance evaluation of financial investment in science and technology is an important part of financial management and an important tool to improve the effect of financial science and technology investment. The article mainly uses Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method to make a scientific, objective and fair comparison and comprehensive evaluation of the investment and output of finance science and technology in Liaoning Province for the past thirteen years.
