目的:探寻注射曲普瑞林剧烈疼痛的原因,提出减轻疼痛的对策。方法:选择接受体外受精-胚胎移植中采用注射0.05mg/次曲普瑞林注射的长方案患者,将自冰箱内取出的药液立即进行注射者设为对照组,将药液取出后行合理复温再进行注射为实验组,注射后分别进行疼痛评分,并记录疼痛持续时间,并记录相关温度变化。结果:实验组疼痛评分明显降低,疼痛时间明显减少,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2组在获卵率、受精率、妊娠率均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:低温存放曲普瑞林注射是引起疼痛的重要原因,将药液合理提温是减轻疼痛安全有效的方法。
Objective: To explore the reasons for the severe pain caused by injection of triptorelin and to put forward the measures to reduce the pain. Methods: The long-term patients receiving injection of 0.05 mg triptorelin injection during in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer were enrolled. The patients who took out the refrigerator immediately after injecting were taken as the control group. After rewarming, the mice were injected into the experimental group. The pain scores were recorded after injection and the pain duration was recorded. The related temperature changes were recorded. Results: The pain score of the experimental group was significantly reduced, the pain time was significantly reduced, with significant difference (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the rate of oocyte retrieval, fertilization rate and pregnancy rate (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Triptorelin injection at low temperature is an important cause of pain. It is a safe and effective method to reduce the pain by reasonably warming the liquid medicine.
