本文对49例缺血性中风患者及37例健康人的血小板膜磷脂、膜流动性及血小板功能进行了研究分析.结果发现:与对照组相比,缺血性中风志者血小板膜流动性及著降低.神经鞘磷胆(SM)显著升高,磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)显著降低,磷脂酰胆碱(PC)有下降趋势,但无统计学意义.血小板聚集功能明显增强.相关分析发现脑梗塞患者血小板膜流动性与血小板膜脂SM成负相关;与膜PC成正相关,与血小板聚集功能呈负相关,提示血小板膜磷脂的变化对血小板膜流动性产生了的影响,导致血小板聚集功能的变化,最终诱发缺血性脑中风.
In this paper, 49 patients with ischemic stroke and 37 healthy people platelet membrane phospholipids, membrane fluidity and platelet function were studied and analyzed. The results showed that: Compared with the control group, ischemic stroke platelet membrane fluidity and decreased.
