Incident increases the cost of the supply chain and how to share the cost is an important factor that determines whether the supply chain can co-ordinate and cope with emergencies.Using the parameter to describe the increased production cost when the market demand increases sharply and the surplus when the market demand decreases drastically Product processing costs, the number of discount contracts, based on the study of the manufacturer after the emergency the best wholesale price and the optimal order quantity of retailers, analysis of the impact of factors before and after the Incident Including the market surge and market drama The difference between the two cases is deduced and the numerical example is given. The results show that the distribution cost and market demand distribution and its changes will affect the optimal wholesale price and the optimal order quantity as long as the contractual parameters And reasonably share the cost increased by emergencies. Through the quantity discount contract supply chain, we can co-ordinate the response to emergencies.
