目的:利用鸡胚翅芽模型检测异叶败酱提取物对胚胎发育过程中基因表达模式的调控作用。方法:将带有异叶败酱提取物的丙烯酰胺念珠植入鸡胚翅芽,进行原位杂交,观察异叶败酱提取物对基因Myf5、Myod和PC-NA表达的影响。结果:异叶败酱提取物(200 mg/mL)能下调在翅芽发育过程中基因Myf5、Myod和PCNA表达。结论:异叶败酱提取物能抑制细胞分化和增殖。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the regulatory effect of extract of Patrinioideae on the gene expression pattern during embryonic development by using chicken embryo bud model. Methods: Acrylic rosary with extract of Paeonia lactiflora Paste was implanted into chicken embryo buds for in situ hybridization to observe the effects of paeoniflorin extract on the expression of genes Myf5, Myod and PC-NA. Results: Extract of Patrinia obliquus (200 mg / mL) reduced the expression of Myf5, Myod and PCNA in the process of wing bud development. Conclusion: Paeonia lactiflora extract can inhibit cell differentiation and proliferation.
