2014年以来,克拉玛依市纪委一年时间就查处了三所中学设立、使用“小金库”案件,充分说明在中小学财务收支过程中,个别学校为了满足个人、小团体的利益,不惜以身试法,违反国家的财经法律法规,笔者通过近年在市教育局财务工作的实践经验,提出中小学财务收支方面存在的一些问题,并且提出一些合理可行的建议,加强中小学对财务收支更好的进行管理,并提高财政资金的使用效益。
