中国县域经济要实现追赶型、跨越式发展,最终取决于工业经济的快速发展。内陆地区必须着力改革创新、调整结构.凭借资源优势,精心构筑核心竞争力,找准“工业强县”突破口.才能推进县域经济新跨越。近年来.宜宾县紧紧围绕“做强优势壮支柱,重组资源谋发展,招商技改育新点,深化改革保稳定”的思路.牢牢抓住向家坝水电站建设机遇。切实推进企业改革及工业结构调整。进一步落实措施.突出重点,做大做强工业经济.整体推进工业企业上台阶。归纳起来.主要工作可概括为“三个推进”。
China’s county economy to achieve catch-up, leapfrog development, ultimately depends on the rapid development of industrial economy. The inland areas must focus on reform and innovation and readjust the structure, relying on their advantages in resources, building their core competitiveness carefully, and finding breakthroughs in “strong industrial counties.” Only in this way can a new leap forward in the county economy be promoted. In recent years, Yibin County has firmly adhered to the idea of “strengthening the advantages and striving for the prosperous pillar, reorganizing the resources for development, invigorating the new point of technological innovation and deepening the reform to ensure stability”, and firmly seized the opportunities of the construction of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station. Earnestly promote enterprise reform and industrial restructuring. We will further implement the measures, give prominence to the key points and enlarge and strengthen the industrial economy, and promote the industrial enterprises as a whole. To sum up, the main work can be summarized as “three advances ”.
