目的 探索根因分析法在住院患者医疗纠纷管理体系中的应用.方法 对2013年1月-2015年1月中国石油天然气集团公司中心医院应用根因分析法管理前后,住院患者发生医疗纠纷的数据进行回顾性分析.结果 自2014年实施根因分析法以来,该年度医疗纠纷的发生率较2013年度明显下降,并经统计学分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2015年度较2014年度医疗纠纷的发生率亦有所下降,提示医疗纠纷的发生率呈逐年下降的趋势.结论 医疗纠纷采用根因分析法能有效的找出问题,从系统上得以解决,可以非常有效的降低或避免类似事件的发生,从而降低医疗纠纷的发生率.“,”Objective To explore the application of Root Cause Analysis(RCA) in inpatients medical disputes management practice.Method To make a retrospective analysis of inpatients medical dispute data in the past three years by using Root Cause Analysis(RCA).Result Since the implementation of RCA in 2014,there was a significant decline in the incidence rate of medical disputes in 2014 compared with those in 2013(P<0.05).The rate also decreased in 2015.The decline showed a decreasing trend in the incidence rate of medical disputes.Conclusion By using RCA,we can identify the problems effectively and solve them systematically.It can be effective to reduce or avoid the occurrence of similar incidents so as to reduce the incidence of medical disputes.Therefore,it could be applied to medical management practice.
