我们于1991-1993年以乡为单位首次进行了布病流行病学调查,现将三年的调查报告如下。 调查结果 一、调查对象 凡年龄在10-70岁的全作为调查对象。重点是与牲畜接触密切的布病高危职业人群。并按放牧50%,饲养15%,屠宰15%,兽医10%,其它人员10%的比例要求进行采样。 二、调查结果 (一)人群布病流行情况:本次全县共调查9个乡,39个行政村。共检查620人,阳性17人,感染率为2.74%;其中有临床症状12人,患病率1.93%。感染率及患病率最高为开放的片马口岸,分别达7.14%和5.12%。其次为洛本桌乡和老窝乡。 (二)流行特点: 1.布病感染率与性别关系:在监测的620人中,男性311人,阳性7人,感染率2.25%,患病5人,患病率1.6%;女性309人,阳性10人,感染率3.23%,患病7人,患病率2.26%。男女性别间感染率在统计学上无差异。 2.感染率与年龄关系:发病最大年龄50岁,最小年龄11岁。30-40岁组感染率最高3.77%,10-20岁组为2.29%,50岁以上组最低为1.08%,经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05)。 3.感染率与职业关系:以饲养人员感染率最高,其次为放牧员。经统计学处理有显著差异(P<0.05)。 讨论与分析 一、不同地区布病感染率与感染率 本文报告了泸水县布病血清流行病学调查结果,全县1991-1993年共调查620人,阳?
We conducted the epidemiological investigation of brucellosis for the first time in 1991-1993. The report of the three-year investigation is as follows.
