本文报道一起急性甲硫醇中毒事故,4人中毒,其中1人死亡。中毒者临床表现为头昏、头痛、血压下降、心率加速、白细胞增高、肺部湿罗音等;重度中毒者尚累及肝,胆、肾、心、脑等器官。3名幸存者经治疗痊愈出院,基本无后遗症。事故原因主要是该厂各级领导及工人对甲硫醇毒性缺乏认识,工人无自我保护意识,盲目操作所致。
This article reports an acute case of methyl mercaptan poisoning, four people were poisoned, one of whom died. Poisoning clinical manifestations of dizziness, headache, blood pressure, heart rate, leukocytosis, lung wet rales, etc .; severe poisoning are still involved in liver, gallbladder, kidney, heart, brain and other organs. Three survivors were discharged after treatment, with almost no sequelae. The accident was mainly caused by the lack of understanding on the toxicity of methyl mercaptan among the leaders and workers at all levels of the plant and the workers’ lack of self-protection awareness and blind operation.
