胜利油田济阳坳陷东营凹陷滨南--利津断裂带滨5断块为老油区产能区块,检查剩余油分布情况及其层间差异,了解层间潜力,为区块调整挖潜提供方向。该井共密闭取心15筒,取心进尺102.8米,心长101.21米,取心收获率98.5%,平均单筒取心进尺6.85米。本井施工中克服了取心层位多,取心段长,井眼准备困难等问题,简要介绍滨5-检1井密闭取心的技术难点,以及密闭取心工具的特点和工程工艺技术改进等。
Bin 5 block of Binnan-Lijin fault zone in Dongying Sag of Shengli Oilfield, Jiuyang Depression is the production block of the old oil zone. The remaining oil distribution and its inter-layer differences are examined to understand the potential between layers and provide direction for the adjustment and tapping potential of the block . The well was closed a total of 15 coring cylinders, coring footage into 102.8 meters, heart length 101.21 meters, coring rate of 98.5%, the average single tube coring footage of 6.85 meters. The construction of the well overcame many problems such as coring layers, coring length and difficulty in wellbore preparation. The technical difficulties of closed coring in Bin 5-Sei 1 well were briefly introduced, as well as the characteristics of the closed coring tools and engineering techniques Improve and so on.
