一些教师仅从表面上理解自主学习,认为自主学习就是淡化教师的主导性,突出学生的主体性,绝对尊重学生对学习的选择,教师跟着学生走,这是歪曲了自主教学的指导思想。其实要真正让自主学习落到实处,是离不开教师的有效指导的。在自主教学中教师的作用不仅不能削弱,还应加强,但“加强”的理念变化了。以前考虑过多的是如何教,现在则要研究学生是如何学的,即如何让学生学得更多、更好,更会学,更乐学,这就是立足于学的自主教学观念。教师在教学中要注意充分发挥学生学习的主动性,同时切实培养学生的责任感,这才是教师的引导作用之所在。
Some teachers only understand autonomic learning on the surface. They think that autonomic learning is to weaken the dominant teacher, highlight the students ’subjectivity, absolutely respect the students’ choice of learning, and follow the students. This distorts the guiding ideology of self-teaching. In fact, we must really enable self-learning to be implemented in practice without the effective guidance of teachers. The role of teachers in self-directed teaching should not only be weakened, but also strengthened, but the notion of “strengthening” has changed. Before thinking too much is how to teach, but now we have to study how students learn, that is, how to make students learn more, better, more will learn, more music, which is based on learning self-teaching concept. Teachers in teaching should pay attention to give full play to students ’initiative, while cultivating students’ sense of responsibility, which is the guiding role of teachers.
