目的:探讨循证护理管理在老年髋关节置换术后功能恢复中的应用价值。方法:选取2014年1月~2016年1月于浙江省立同德医院接受人工髋关节置换术的114例老年患者,随机分为两组,各57例。对照组予常规护理管理,观察组采用循证护理管理模式。比较两组患者功能恢复情况和护理满意度。结果 :护理后两组患者日常活动能力Barthel指数评分均明显提高(P<0.01),观察组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组护理满意度分别为96.49%、85.96%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在术后患者护理中应用循证护理管理,能提升护理质量,促进患者功能恢复,提高护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the value of evidence-based nursing management in the functional recovery of elderly patients after hip replacement. Methods: A total of 114 elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty at Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into two groups (n = 57). The control group was given routine nursing management, while the observation group used evidence-based nursing management mode. The functional recovery and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The Barthel index scores of both groups were significantly improved after nursing (P <0.01). The improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.01). The two groups of nursing satisfaction were 96.49%, 85.96%, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of evidence-based nursing management in postoperative patient care can improve the quality of nursing care, promote the recovery of patients’ function and improve the nursing satisfaction.
