本文报道34例女性尿道综合征。本病是女性下尿路感染的重要原因之一,常见于青壮年妇女。尿道口解剖结构上的异常是导致本病的主要原因。临床症状主要是尿频、尿急、尿道口痛或烧灼感。特点为发病急,易反复。药物治疗多难凑效,主要采用外科手术治疗。根据尿道口不同病变情况,可采用:1.单纯尿道口切开扩张术、手术要点:①于12点处作一纵形小切口。②强调尿道扩张必须扩至F_(45)。2.处女膜撒切除、尿道口成形术、手术要点:①先作尿道口切开扩张(见上述)。②切除处女膜撒,再在尿道与阴道口之间作整形,延长其间距达0.7～1.2厘米。本组治愈好转率达92.8％。本组与蔡氏治疗病例作了比较,治疗效果有进一步的提高。
This article reports 34 cases of female urethral syndrome. The disease is one of the important causes of lower urinary tract infection in women, common in young women. Urethra anatomical abnormalities are the main cause of this disease. Clinical symptoms are frequent urination, urgency, urethral mouth pain or burning sensation. Characterized by acute onset, easy to repeat. Drug treatment is more effective, the main surgical treatment. According to the urethra different lesions, can be used: 1. Simple urethral incision and expansion, surgical points: ① at 12 o’clock for a longitudinal incision. ② emphasize urethral expansion must be expanded to F_ (45). 2. Hymen resection, urethroplasty, surgery points: ① First urethral incision and expansion (see above). ② removal of the hymen scatter, and then between the urethra and vaginal mouth for plastic surgery, to extend its spacing of 0.7 to 1.2 cm. The cure rate improved 92.8%. This group and Chua treatment were compared, the treatment effect has been further improved.
