为了加强政府与企业、企业与企业之间的沟通与交流，2010年《上海信息化》理事会年会日前召开，超过80家信息化产业的公司领导齐聚一堂交流经验。会上，上海市经济和信息化委员会陈跃华副主任就信息安全问题作了主题演讲。陈跃华副主任还就信息安全及信息化产业政策等问题与会公司代表进行了交流探讨，反响热烈。
