从齿轮啮合的力学模型入手, 简述了齿轮故障诊断原理, 并利用频谱分析的方法对轧机齿轮箱的异常振动进行了故障诊断, 找到了齿轮箱异常振动的原因, 并与实际情况基本一致。
Starting with the mechanical model of gear meshing, the principle of gear fault diagnosis is briefly introduced. The abnormal vibration of gearbox of rolling mill is diagnosed by spectrum analysis method. The reason of abnormal vibration of gearbox is found out, which is consistent with the actual situation.
