运用~(29)Si、~(27)Al MAS NMR法研究了氟化物法、络合剂法、水热处理法和酸处理法制备的高硅铝比Y沸石。~(27)Al谱表明,在有络合剂存在下的液固相脱铝产物中不含有非骨架的六配位Al原子。高温水热处理的NH_4Y沸石和抽A1补Si的Y沸石中除含有四、六配位Al原子外,还含有另一种状态的非骨架Al原子。~(29)QSi谱表明,(NH_4)_2SiF_6法制备的Y沸石中非骨架成分的含量与制备条件有关。该成分的含量可通过对~(29)Si MAS NMR谱图的模拟进行定量估算。
The high-silica-alumina ratio Y zeolite prepared by fluoride method, complexing agent method, hydrothermal treatment method and acid treatment method was studied by ~ (29) Si and ~ (27) Al MAS NMR methods. The ~ (27) Al spectrum shows that the non-framework hexacoordinated Al atom does not exist in the liquid-solid phase dealumination product in the presence of complexing agent. The high-temperature hydrothermal treatment of NH_4Y zeolite A1 and Si-doped Y zeolite in addition to containing four, six coordination Al atoms, but also contains another state of non-skeleton Al atoms. ~ (29) QSi spectra showed that the content of non-framework components in Y zeolite prepared by (NH_4) _2SiF_6 method was related to the preparation conditions. The content of this component can be quantitatively estimated by simulating the ~ (29) Si MAS NMR spectrum.
