采用自主研发的装置结合离子色谱仪研究了Zn-Al-Mg-RE涂层的自封闭特性,同时通过SEM观察了该涂层腐蚀前后表面腐蚀产物的微观形貌.结果表明:随着腐蚀时间的增加,单位时间氯离子渗透通过Zn-Al-Mg-RE涂层的量不断地降低,超过504 h后,单位时间氯离子渗透通过该涂层的量几乎为零;此时涂层表面被非常致密的腐蚀产物所覆盖.由此说明本文的研究方法能够更直观的证明Zn-Al-Mg-RE金属涂层具有自封闭特性.
The self-sealing properties of the Zn-Al-Mg-RE coating were studied by a self-developed device combined with ion chromatography and the microstructure of the surface corrosion products before and after the coating was observed by SEM.The results showed that with the increase of the etching time , The amount of chloride ion permeating through the Zn-Al-Mg-RE coating per unit time continuously decreased. After more than 504 h, the amount of chloride ions permeating through the coating per unit time was almost zero. At this time, the surface of the coating was Very dense corrosion products covered.This shows that the research method in this paper can be more intuitive proof Zn-Al-Mg-RE metal coating has a self-sealing properties.
