From October 13 to October 14, the National Budget and Accounting Research Association held its 20th anniversary commemoration meeting and its propaganda work conference in Changde, Hunan Province. There were 83 persons in charge of the finance department of the relevant departments of the Ministry of Finance and the departments of finance and accounting of the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities specifically designated in the state plan to participate in the conference.
