记得那是1983年秋末,我们教务处收到一封残疾学生邹天航的来信。他说他在长乐一中初中毕业并以高分考进高中,当时收到正式录取通知书,榜还贴在县政府门前,可开学前却突然被取消了入学资格,唯一的原因就是儿麻造成一下肢残疾。信中说是省教委的一个“钦差大臣”到该校,说反正高中毕业后残疾人也上不了大学,重点学校不该收残疾学生,否则是白白培养
