目前,仍有很多企业承担着巨额的中长期外债。借用中长期外债的企业,由于债务剩余期限长,面临的风险更大,一旦企业出现偿债困难,将不可避免地转嫁给银行和财政,影响国家总体外债安全。因此,企业外债安全是国家外债安全的重要基础,企业外债风险管理直接影响到国家外债安全,加强企业外债风险管理已经成为企业管理的重要内容之一。
At present, many enterprises still bear a huge amount of medium and long-term foreign debts. Long-term debt borrowing companies, due to the long debt remaining, the risk is greater, once the enterprise debt-service difficulties, will inevitably be passed on to banks and finance, affecting the overall national debt security. Therefore, the external debt security of enterprises is an important foundation for the national security of foreign debts. The management of external debt risks of enterprises directly affects the external debt security of the country.
