许多种类的蚊虫对绿僵菌Metarhizium anisopliae敏感,感染后短期内死亡,又由于绿僵菌容易在人工培养基上生长、繁殖,因而近几年引起国内外一些学者的注意。如美国在每平方米水面施放300和600毫克绿僵菌分生孢子粉,防治尖音库蚊Culex pipiens pipiens的死亡率为91%、94%;防治伊蚊Aedes sollicitans的效果为85%、98%。在尼日利亚用每平方米600毫克绿僵菌分生孢子粉杀死按蚊 Anipheles gambiae 100%。但室外试验受环境影响效果很不稳定,在混浊度不同的水域中死亡率差异很大。本文是用绿僵菌的两个不同菌株对两种蚊幼虫进行试验。
Many species of mosquitoes are sensitive to Metarhizium anisopliae. After being infected for a short time, Metarhizium anisopliae is susceptible to death. In addition, Metarhizium anisopliae is easy to grow and multiply on artificial media and has attracted the attention of some domestic and foreign scholars in recent years. For example, the United States applied 300 and 600 mg of Metarhizium anisopliae conidia powder per square meter of water to control the Culex pipiens pipiens Culex pipiens mortality was 91%, 94%; Aedes sollicitans control effect was 85%, 98 %. Anipheles gambiae was killed 100% in Nigeria with 600 mg of Metarhizium anisopliae conidia powder per square meter. However, the outdoor test is very unstable due to the environmental impact, and the mortality rate in the waters with different turbidity varies greatly. In this paper, two mosquito larvae were tested using two different strains of Metarhizium anisopliae.
