用电镜观察了大白鼠海马CA3区锥体细胞、篮状细胞、星形胶质细胞及苔状纤维的超微结构。锥体细胞与篮状细胞在超微结构上的区别表现在篮状细胞具有特殊核型,核被膜有深的折叠,将细胞核分为几叶,核内有核小杆,一般只有一个核仁。在锥体细胞核中从未见到过核小杆,核内常有两个核仁。构成突触前的苔状纤维末梢的单个末梢面积较大,内含大量密集的圆形突触囊泡,间有少量致密核心囊泡。与锥体细胞树突棘形成非对称性突触,在树突干上形成对称性突触(类似桥粒)。
The ultrastructure of pyramidal cells, basal cells, astrocytes and mossy fibers in hippocampal CA3 area of rats were observed by electron microscope. The difference between the ultrastructure of pyramidal cells and basal cells is that the basal cells have a special karyotype. The nuclear envelope has deep folds. The nucleus is divided into several leaves. The nucleus has small nuclear rods, usually only one nucleolus . Never seen in the pyramidal nucleus nuclear rod, the nucleus often two nucleoli. The single distal tip of the mossy fibrous tip that forms the presynaptic zone is larger in size and contains a number of densely packed circular synaptic vesicles with a few dense core vesicles. Asymmetric synapses with pyramidal cell dendrites form symmetrical synapses (similar to desmosomes) on the dendrites.
