有些人认为,中学物理实验比较简单,对实验精度的要求不高,因此用不着进行误差分析,这种看法是不够科学的,因为物理实验是根据某些物理定理、定律、公式等设计的,反过来又可以验证它们的正确性,大部分物理实验是有误差范围要求的(特别是存在数据处理的实验),超过误差范围的要求,容易使学生(特别初中学生)产生对某些定理、定律、公式等的怀疑,对他们的学习十分不利。
