Perceptual knowledge is better than rational knowledge. People often don’t like precision and numbers, but the reality they have to face is “You can refuse numbers, but you cannot refuse digital life.” In fact, if we don’t want to be abandoned by the times, any part of society cannot refuse to live digitally (informatization, information). This is the case for individuals. This is especially true for the government departments that serve everyone in society. Therefore, the reason for the birth of the “Government Internet Project” was born. The informatization process of our government departments can be roughly divided into three stages from the beginning to the present: Initially, it was represented by WPS, Lotus 123 and MS Office.
