高校科技园正面临着外聘职工成为园区主体力量、职工年轻化高学历特征明显、园区孵化企业中小微企业占据主流、分园地理位置分散、职工聚少离多等新情况。高校科技园工会在发展中遇到了部分工会干部能力素质与园区发展要求有差距、工会履行职能不够全面、工会自身建设亟待加强等问题,为履行好工会职能,高校科技园工会要坚持做到维护合法权益,为职工解难,参与民主管理,为党政分忧,提高职工素质,建立过硬队伍,加强自身建设,促进单位发展。
The university science and technology park is facing new situations such as the external force of staff and workers becoming the main force of the park, the obvious characteristics of young and highly educated workers, the small and medium-sized enterprises in the park incubating enterprises occupying the mainstream, the scattered geographic location of the sub-park and the gathering of staff and workers. In the process of development, trade unions in colleges and universities of science and technology park encounter some problems such as the capability and quality of some cadres in trade unions, the disparity in development requirements of the park, the inadequate performance of trade unions, and the urgent need to strengthen the self-construction of trade unions. In order to fulfill the functions of trade unions, Legal rights and interests, solves the problems for the employees, participates in the democratic management, pays dividends for the party and government, improves the quality of the staff and workers, establishes the perfect team, strengthens oneself construction, promotes the unit development.
