Since Hale and Schatzki first reported in 1944 that there may be some relationship between scleroderma and lung cancer, people have paid attention to it. Most scholars believe that lung cancer mostly occurs on the basis of pulmonary fibrosis caused by scleroderma. Scleroderma and lung cancer are rare at the same time. The authors now report one case of scleroderma and lung cancer at the same time and review the texts of the last 20 years.
