目的观察炎琥宁治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的疗效。方法单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者47例56眼,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组单纯应用阿昔洛韦滴眼液,治疗组为阿昔洛韦滴眼液点眼的基础上全身静脉滴注炎琥宁注射液,并进行比较。结果治疗组患者治愈率及有效率高于对照组,疗程短,差异有统计学意义。结论炎琥宁联合阿昔洛韦治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎具有标本兼治作用,疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Yan Hu Ning in the treatment of herpes simplex virus keratitis. Methods 47 patients (56 eyes) with herpes simplex keratitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given acyclovir eye drops only. The treatment group consisted of acyclovir eye drops on the basis of whole body veins Instillation of Yan Huoning injection, and compared. Results In the treatment group, the cure rate and the effective rate were higher than those in the control group. The course of treatment was short and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Yan Hu Ning combined with acyclovir herpes simplex virus keratitis has the role of both the symptoms, the effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
