在团队锦标赛机制框架下,采用实验研究的方法,探讨不同沟通条件对代理人努力、拆台与共谋行为的影响。利用对80名被试进行的4组实验,论文获得如下结论:团队内部沟通可以提高代理人的努力水平,促进相互间的合作;同时也会加剧团队间拆台行为的激烈程度。团队间的沟通会增加代理人之间的共谋行为,被试更倾向于达成一致协议,彼此都降低自己的努力水平;也正因为如此,拆台行为发生的可能性大大降低。
Under the framework of the mechanism of team championship, this paper uses the experimental research method to explore the influence of different communication conditions on agents’ efforts, dismantling units and complicity. Using the four sets of experiments conducted on 80 subjects, the dissertation draws the following conclusion: Intra-team communication can enhance the level of agent’s efforts and promote cooperation among themselves; and at the same time, aggravate the intensity of team dismantling. Inter-team communication increases collusion among agents, and subjects are more likely to reach a consensus agreement that each reduces their own level of effort; as a result, the likelihood of the dismantling of the platform is significantly reduced.
