一、前言国内对于压力容器进行各种低周疲劳试验,其装置大多数采用电液换向伐、溢流伐及时间继电器或压力继电器组成开环控制系统,但这种系统在模拟上有局限性(只能模拟三角波、锯齿波)不能真实反映容器的实际载荷谱,,以及控制试验中调频和调幅还不够方便或难以达到试验要求(如载荷幅值变化,尤其难以改变下限值),总的来说试验精确性受到很大影响,更不能进行随机疲劳试验。本试验装置在原控制基础上进行了较大的改进,采用Applc-Ⅱ微机来控制比例电磁溢流伐。这样通过计算机程序可以模拟各种加载波
