患者,男,60岁。间断性制含砷哮喘丸11年。制药过程系手工操作,无任何防护措施。患者每制一批含砷哮喘丸即出现头痛、头晕、纳差、全身浮肿,皮肤出现丘疹。皮下及指甲下有出血斑点,指甲变脆有裂纹,头发干燥脱落。疹子和出血斑点消退后留有大小不等的色素沉着斑,两膝关节以下皮肤瘙痒,抓破后往往经久不愈。愈合后留有明显疤痕。经多处医院治疗无效,疑与职业有关,转入我所治疗。入院后检查:精神欠佳,表情迟钝。全身皮肤
Patient, male, 60 years old. Intermittent sexual system containing arsenic asthma pill 11 years. The pharmaceutical process is hand operated without any protective measures. Subcutaneous and nails bleeding blemishes, nails brittle crack, hair dry off. Rash and bleeding spots subsided after leaving a different size of pigmented spots, the skin below the two knees itching, scratching often endured. Healed after leaving a clear scar. After treatment in many hospitals is invalid, suspected to be related to occupation, transferred to my treatment. Post-admission examination: poor health, slow expression. Whole body skin
