快乐体育是指从情感教学入手,对学生进行以健全的身体、人格教育为目标的体育教育思想,它重视爱的教育、美育与各项运动所独具的乐趣,强调学习兴趣与创造学习。“没有规矩,不成方圆”。没有原则,就无从谈教育方法、教学思想及教学模式的诞生,更谈不上教育改革。快乐体育的基本要素:环境优化、情感驱动、协同教学、增力评价、快乐体验。在快乐体育的实践中,学生成了教学活动的主体,学习的主人,从而扩展了其体质、个性、能力发展的自由空间,“主动学习、愉快发展”就成其方法论的主要特征。
