今年9月,教育部等七部委联合出台了推进学习型城市建设的文件,要求把全民终身学习作为城市发展的重要基础,以改革创新为动力、以信息技术为支撑,努力构建灵活、开放的终身教育体系,积极推进城市各类学习资源的建设与共享,创造人人皆学、时时能学、处处可学的社会环境,促进全民学习、终身学习,促进城市的包容、繁荣与可持续发展。
