应中国大洋矿产研究开发协会的邀请法国海洋开发研究院(IFREMER)深海采矿专家、法国大洋结核块研究协会(AFERNOD)主席Jean-Pierre Lenoble教授于93年11月3日至4日对地质矿产部海洋地质研究所进行了访问并做了题为“深海多金属结核研究与开发”的学术报告,对法国在深海多金属结核研究与开发中所取得的研究成果进行了较为系统的介绍。访问期间双方就共同感兴趣的深海矿产资源、滨海砂矿等研究领域进行了讨论。通过J.P.Lenoble教授的这次访问,加深了中法海洋矿产地质科学家之间的了解。
At the invitation of China Ocean Mineral Research and Development Association, Prof. Jean-Pierre Lenoble, deep-sea mining expert of IFREMER and chairman of AFERNOD of France, gave a speech to the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources on November 3 to 93, The Institute of Marine Geology visited and made a lecture entitled “Research and Development on Deep-sea Polymetallic Nodules” and gave a systematic introduction of the research results made by France in the research and development of deep-sea polymetallic nodules. During the visit, the two sides discussed the research fields of deep-sea mineral resources and coastal sea sand which are of common interest. This visit by Professor J.P.Lenoble deepened the understanding between Chinese and French marine mineral geologists.
